Currently, opening pinned items opens the item in the same window. It would be great if this opened in a separate window so you don’t lose what else you were looking at.

When you switch between tabs in the document viewer, you lose whatever zoom and pan you were using on the previous document. This makes it extremely difficult to review multiple pages across the drawing set. Recommend updating to maintain the view between document tabs to save time and increase functionality of the document viewer.

There’s no option to change the name of an album from your device. This should be updated to allow album names to be changed from mobile if needed. This is a quality of life issue.

There’s no way to move a photo from one album to another. Right now, you have to download the photos you want to move, delete them from the folder you downloaded from, and then create a new folder and upload the photos. This is very tedious, makes for potential errors, and loses the meta data of who originally uploaded the photo and when. This should be changed to allow photos to be selected and moved to another folder.

Currently, you can’t create an album within another album. This functionality would be really helpful for organization. For example, to track drywall install you can have one photos album named “drywall” and then multiple albums within that album for each day or particular area.

Currently, in the document browser, you can only have one document folder expanded at a time; i.e. either the “Current Set”, “Public”, or “Private” folder contents can be expanded, but not the others. It would be better to have the option for all document folders visible to help with file navigation and finding documents. This will be a text box that anything can be titled and then typed. These will be saved and then be assigned a Permissions Role so that messages can be specific to the person receiving them, but the form can be distributed in one click. Then at the point of Distribution a list of these can be chosen. Maybe call it "Notification Messages". When exporting a form, the attachments should be included as PDF's at the end of the document. This would be similar to how we export pictures in the Daily Report tool. Currently when exporting the form comes out in a pdf and any attachment are a hyperlink that opens separately forcing someone creating a complete document to do the stapling themself.

Can we figure out a way to post hyperlinks on the white board? Can only insert text but can’t create direct hyperlink for someone to directly click and follow the URL.

Can we add the Title of the form to the Subject of the email notification? Like the ToDo maybe we can tie it to the Title/Text Primary Identifier Input flag.

Currently the name of a set comes from the pdf file name that was uploaded. Then all the pages inside that file become pages in Mercury. However users have requested that they have this same ability to roll up pages in Specifications. To do that now they would need to break down and upload a file for every division (32 or more), so what if instead they could add these "parent" markers to allow them to not change the file but still get the view they want.

For both QC and Safety there has been requests to reduce the taps for a Passing checklist item.

An Observation can be required upon pass on not. Observations include title, description, photo, assignment and cc.

Have an option to add only a comment and photo after pressing Pass. Which means after tapping Pass a model for "Comment or Photo?" will be needed. That comment and photo will live in the checklilst item. Exporting of the checklists will need to be resolved. Albums will then have an album for checklists.

Currently, to zoom on a drawing in the document viewer, I have to hold control.It would be nice to be able to just use the scroll wheel and give users the option in their own personal settings to change this if they’d like to. This is purely a nice to have and quality of life issue.

Often the Bulk Update option will open up the ability to select multiple. Then there are a few functions that can be done to which ever items are selected. In this case we are looking to have a way to select specific pages for download.
Since we've used the term Bulk Update for the process of dropping in new pages, we may simply add a Export Selected option at the header of each list of pages

That could que a model window like Bulk update with a drawing list. Maybe a similar UI to reconciling fuzzy matches with a list of sheets that can be selected with a radio button.

For someone completing their punch items, a filtered list will be huge. Right now the Filter option does allow anything to be checked on Mobile. Overlapping with Reports, it would be nice to save these filters and add the other fields from the template like location. However I don't think we've addressed reports on Mobile yet. That way I could go to an area, filter by In My Court and the Location and go to town. My Court would need to be "company" ideally so that if the person correcting was not assigned they can still be seen. - Create Related Issue

I have not been able to find a punch list tool in Mercury. Where is the project punch list going to be managed?

Requesting the header and footer be minimized when viewing a Document/Drawing/Spec to make the viewable area as large as possible. This could be done with a full screen view option that makes the area just abve the tabs to just below the sheet numbers take the entire window.

Currently Mercury doesn’t navigate to other pages using the hyperlinks/details within drawings. Ideally, you would be able to click on a cut detail to bring up the drawing that’s being referenced.

Mercury doesn’t currently allow for reopening of submittals and RFI’s - sometimes info is missed, and new attachments/reviewers need to be added to an RFI and submittal

Currently the only way to export photos is to download them individually. It would be beneficial to create an option to bulk select photos within an album or to be able to select one or multiple albums for download. It would also be beneficial when multiple albums are selected for download if the download grouped the photos into folders that retained the name of the album in Mercury.

Consistent feedback is that taking or uploading a photo is painfully slow. I have experienced this as well often taking 10 seconds minimum to load with a 5G signal. With good WiFi its closer to 3 seconds but that is a rare occation on a jobsite. This is a huge impact on efficiency since we have put so much work in to making tool work quickly, tout efficiency and then have people standing watching the wheel spin on their phone before they can move on. People do like that they don't clutter their camera real though!
Can we control when the photo's actually start uploading to our server? As in the photo is stored locally and then uploaded later ideally in the back ground. An example would be when using the camera tool to take consecutive photo's and wait until a tool other than the camera is selected to start the upload. 
For forms that need the photo prior to publishing or saving (like an observation) is there a way to store locally until published?

When uploading a document to an RFI or submittal you should not need to click upload a second time to start the upload. Once you select a file it should automatically upload to the form.

Here's the problem - The attachments input allows drag and drop of multiple files or choosing multiple files and I want to match that ability in the Documents tool. When uploading a file to the Documents tool in the Private or Public folder and choosing the Document option (not Specs or Drawing), the Upload Document button allows "choose file" but only allows one file at a time to be chosen. And there is no way to drag and drop a file or files wither.
Here's the Upload Document modal where the document type of Documents, Specs or Drawings can be selected. For this we are only talking about the document type of Document as shown below.

1) pdf export formatting is very basic. Could use some updating to make it more appealing.2) due dates is not a selectable export data set. Arguably the most important data set we need on a log of open items.

Current formatting on exports is very minimalistic. We need to spend some time tuning up things like:

Currently when a single page is exported from a drawing or spec., the name that the file is given is from the parent or discipline and not the name of the page itself. For example if I open A101 from the architectural set and select the export (or download) button, the file name is Architectural and not A101.

The horizontal scroll and the vertical scroll are on two different windows. So to scroll horizontally you have to scroll vertically to the very bottom and then you can't see the column headers.

UX: Tool Home Scroll

Currently, it appears that project locations must be entered by hand into the location tool. This can take a lot of time on a big project. Is there a way to get a feature added to automatically generate locations by reading the uploaded drawings? That way, it would take less time to enter them and only require a bit of QC on the user end.

Auto-populate Spec Sections

Currently the width of the page list in documents cuts off the majority of names. Can we make this width adjustable? Additionally can the method for adjusting the size of this list be the same as adjusting the main menu size for consistency. Right now the method for hiding the two menus are different.

I would like the option to show a site logistics map on the homepage of Mercury that all users see upon logging in. It could show delivery zones, danger tape areas, and maybe a delivery calendar.

Current State:
When selecting a Spec or Drawing it shows a preview of the first page and says at the bottom 1 of 1. This makes many users think drawings are not available or missing. Then to get to all the drawings the user has to tap the the "select page" button at the top of the screen that has very light colored text on a background that blends in (hard to see). From there any page can be searched or selected. At that point all sheets are available and the proper count is shown.

Mobile: Drawing Navigation

Currently I’m manually creating the Planner Groups structure for each project, and much of this work is redundant.I’d like to go into a project with a Groups template already loaded that I can then delate/add groups and subgroups. I would build this template with the most commonly used Groups and Subgroups (DFOWs). In addition to a Groups structure, it would also save much time to be able to include preloaded standard Forms templates under these groups from which I can then add/edit checklist items. These Forms would have standard names and pull from the most recent Checklist Item Groups included in the template.This would save me hundreds of hours of redundant data entry and help to maintain consistency across projects. I would still have the flexibility to make any project-specific modifications away from the “norm” as needed.
