Desired State - How you would like it to work.
Could we create a QC Implementation Progress Report that does the following?
exports the entire QC Planner to and Excel format
Contents would include Planner Groups and all planned Forms
For each group / form the export would include % complete
Describe how it will make life easier, whether it saves time or just makes it smoother.
I will be involved in Quarterly Deep Dives in every region and need a way to report QC Implementation Progress so I can compare it to Construction Progress and identify whether we’re current or if not, exactly where and by how much we are behind.
I don’t currently have any tools to do this efficiently. It will be impossibly cumbersome to do it manually.
The report will give me a basis upon which I can add information comparing the QC progress with construction progress and communicate it clearly and readily.
