Customizable Email Notification Body

1. Similar to the ENG issue below. Looking to customize the body of a notification email based on selecting inputs. As talked about this could be a foot gun, so the suggestion below tries to provide freedom without the potential for harm by limiting where the inputs can be added and which inputs can be added. We should also limit the quantity of each input either by quanity (each input) or by real estate (fits in the area).
2. Also, make the link to pdf the same look and size as the Link to Mercury.
3. Lastly to make it look "less like phishing" add a logo/salutation to the bottom.
4. Customer name/logo was requested as well, but I don't have any suggestions for placement.
