Multiple Document Folders Open

Currently, in the document browser, you can only have one document folder expanded at a time; i.e. either the “Current Set”, “Public”, or “Private” folder contents can be expanded, but not the others. It would be better to have the option for all document folders visible to help with file navigation and finding documents. See snip for more context.
