Documents: Select Pages for Download / Export

Often the Bulk Update option will open up the ability to select multiple. Then there are a few functions that can be done to which ever items are selected. In this case we are looking to have a way to select specific pages for download. Since we've used the term Bulk Update for the process of dropping in new pages, we may simply add a Export Selected option at the header of each list of pages That could que a model window like Bulk update with a drawing list. Maybe a similar UI to reconciling fuzzy matches with a list of sheets that can be selected with a radio button. Requested by: Zach Hughes

"official" RFI response

Need the ability to select a “official” response if you receive multiple responses to a single RFI. See TVC Camas 2 RFI 12 as an example. A non-required respondee made a response that was superseded by the AOR. I have no way to remove the response from Yassir in the export of the RFI, so my RFI now has conflicting responses. You might consider the “close as final response” option a fix to this but under no circumstance should an ACCO representative appear to have made the final response on an RFI. This also still wouldn’t fix that the other response is visible.

Bulk Photo Export

Currently the only way to export photos is to download them individually. It would be beneficial to create an option to bulk select photos within an album or to be able to select one or multiple albums for download. It would also be beneficial when multiple albums are selected for download if the download grouped the photos into folders that retained the name of the album in Mercury.

Checklist Items: Comment & Picture

For both QC and Safety there has been requests to reduce the taps for a Passing checklist item. Current State: An Observation can be required upon pass on not. Observations include title, description, photo, assignment and cc. Suggested State: Have an option to add only a comment and photo after pressing Pass. Which means after tapping Pass a model for "Comment or Photo?" will be needed. That comment and photo will live in the checklilst item. Exporting of the checklists will need to be resolved. Albums will then have an album for checklists. MER-487

PDF Export: Staple Attachments

When exporting a form, the attachments should be included as PDF's at the end of the document. This would be similar to how we export pictures in the Daily Report tool. Currently when exporting the form comes out in a pdf and any attachment are a hyperlink that opens separately forcing someone creating a complete document to do the stapling themself. Requested by: Zach Hughes

Moving Photos in Albums

There’s no way to move a photo from one album to another. Right now, you have to download the photos you want to move, delete them from the folder you downloaded from, and then create a new folder and upload the photos. This is very tedious, makes for potential errors, and loses the meta data of who originally uploaded the photo and when. This should be changed to allow photos to be selected and moved to another folder.

RFI/Submittal Column Reorder

Mercury currently only lets you toggle on/off hiding of columns. It would be ideal to be able to reorder these - for example, with RFI’s/submittals you are often looking to reference who’s court the ball is in - currently, you need to scroll pretty far right to see who’s court the ball is in, at which point you are no longer able to see what submittal you’re referencing.

notification typical text

have each template get configurable text (like discalimer or due date text) that will be added to notificaitons Adding specifics here based on added conversations/idea’s: Under Project Admin have "notification messages". This will be a text box that anything can be titled and then typed. These will be saved and then be assigned a Permissions Role so that messages can be specific to the person receiving them, but the form can be distributed in one click. Then at the point of Distribution a list of these can be chosen. Maybe call it "Notification Messages". For Example: TRADE: See attached RFI you have 1 week to notify us if there is cost. CLIENT: See approved RFI attached, if applicable pricing will be submitted in 2 weeks FOR/SUP: Build this! PE/PM: Price this!
