Bulk Submittal Builder

Mercury currently doesn’t have the ability to create submittals from spec - this greatly reduces the amount of time needed to create draft submittals. Ideally, a bulk edit feature would also be released allowing multiple submittal deletions (ProCore would often pull more submittals than what was needed, but going back through and deleting these is more time efficient than manually entering all submittals)
