Whole Project Notification Tool

There is no way to notify the whole project of site updates or important information. You can work around this by creating a meeting form and distributing, but it would be great to have a built in tool for sending a whole project notification.

We would like to use this on our project to send out a weekly email notification with the updated schedule, upcoming milestones, and other important site notifications.

It would be awesome if we could select which user group to send this notification to based on user’s permissions or company. Then we can send to all “Trade” permissions or all “Owner” permissions.

This tool would give us a more polished and trackable notification log rather than relying on email distributions.
