Whole Project RFI Distribution

When distributing an RFI you have to select each individual person you’d like to send it to. This is not easier than sending it as an email. I’d like to be able to distribute to the directory based on mercury role (i.e. everyone assigned “TRADE” role.)

This will ensure all subs on the job get the RFI for review and allows for quicker, more efficient distribution of RFIs.
