have each template get configurable text (like discalimer or due date text) that will be added to notificaitons

Adding specifics here based on added conversations/idea’s:

Under Project Admin have "notification messages". This will be a text box that anything can be titled and then typed. These will be saved and then be assigned a Permissions Role so that messages can be specific to the person receiving them, but the form can be distributed in one click. Then at the point of Distribution a list of these can be chosen. Maybe call it "Notification Messages".

For Example:

• TRADE: See attached RFI you have 1 week to notify us if there is cost.

• CLIENT: See approved RFI attached, if applicable pricing will be submitted in 2 weeks

• FOR/SUP: Build this!

• PE/PM: Price this!
