Visibility Rules Should Include SelectChecklistItem Input

Currently the visibility rules in our template editor do not include the SelectCheckListItem type of input as on of the conditionals for visibility. Add this input so that visibility rules can be conditioned on that input having a "pass" or "fail" type.
