User Select Input: Removing Users Beyond 3

We can see the first 3 "Attendees" for our meetings & I can delete any of these from here but cannot see the path to delete any of the others. We will need to update our lists often.

-PD- This example is from Meeting Minutes template but it is an Input issue. It is possible but not clear. Users beyond 3 get consolidated in the "view more" list. The 3 in view can be removed with the X. Those in the view more have to be removed by clicking view more, looking them up, and selecting them again.

What problem are we solving?

Making removal of users in a list more intuitive and consistent.

Who are we solving it for?

Roles in Andersen taking meeting minutes (all of them, but mostly PE)

What should happen?

View more should expand the list and look similar to the first 3 within view. Then any user from that list can be removed the same way by selecting the X.

How will we know it’s done?

Selecting view more will expand the list of users to expose the entire list. From there edits can be made. Then a view less option is available (in place and same location as view more) to retract the vertical area taken back to 3.
