User Select Input: Look Up include Company

When searching for a user from a form with the User Select input, include the company in addition to first or last name to find a user. EXAMPLE: If Patrick Desimone works for Disney, I could search "patrick", "desimone", OR "Disney". to filter down the list.

Often people know the company but not the primary contact for their project. This feature could solve MER-289
