Time to Load Drawings

Feature Request

Currently our 1250 page plan set (SANH) takes between 20 and 45 seconds to load every time I open Mercury. I tested this at the main office as well to make sure it wasn’t the jobsite wifi. Not sure if this is due to size or if it’s something that can be sped up, but it would be helpful.

    We have made changes to how drawings open since this request was made. I just opened a few of your drawings and the opening time was much faster. However, if it is still taking over 10 to 15 seconds (for the first time), I’d call that a bug and you can submit a helpdesk ticket so we can get if fixed. Therefore, I’ll take this request off the board.
