Submittals Status - Closed vs Approved vs Approved As Noted

Mercury currently only shows submittal status’ as closed, open, draft, or published. Currently, a “closed” submittal could mean it was approved, approved as noted, or rejected and you wouldn’t know until opening the submittal. Ideally, these would change to Approved, Approved as Noted, Open, or Rejected. This provides more information without needing to open the submittal.

    Tool Home: Show Status from Assignee

    Also applicable to reports, users are looking to sort/filter forms by "status". Currently that is limited to Open, Closed, Draft, Published. However for RFI's and Submittals we need to know if they are "approved" or not so they don't reference one that is still in process.

    I DO NOT want to add another field called status in forms… So I propose we use the status from the assignee's response.
