Selection Input

NOTE: This PR involves an OTA update to mobile, perform after merging to main.

• [X] Saved sets can't be viewed or modified. So if you add the input and choose a saved set, you can't see what's in it or change it. After selecting it should move over into the tab as if you just manually entered it from scratch.
• [X] Also, Kaiser will need an upload option if Possible (just like checklist items)
