Rich Text Bullet Points Misaligned

Bullet points in rich-text pdf exports are misaligned, this occurs for our pdf exports for inputs that utilize our TipTap editor where users can create bulleted lists, which the pdf exporter transforms to html and then rnders through react-pdf-html. This is an upstream issue from react-pdf-html. It's not clear if they're going to fix it or not, we may need to make a patch for the package. See screenshot below for example, the "Text" words should be aligned with the bullets, but appear offset in the negative y direction.
