RFI: Tool Duplicated Columns [Saved View Updates]

The tool home for the RFI tool has multiple old inputs still shown as a column. I assume this has to do with form updates not carrying thru to the table. The ones with reference abbreviated to ref are correct and the ones with reference written out need to leave.

Lets add features to the Saved View to hide columns that are no longer used because the forms have been updated.

Also add to the saving of views the "Rows per Page".
