RFI List View

Currently there are many columns on the RFI list that aren’t ever used. It would be ideal to be able to hide these, and keep that current filter on. Right now all of these need to be toggled on and off everytime the RFI tab is visited. Columns are also duplicated which makes the information needed push further right. The toggle bar is also not usable - user needs to scroll to the bottom to be able to scroll right/left at which point you can’t see the columns you are trying to scroll to.
