QC Response Templates

Currently I can select a single response template per checklist item.

Can these instead be set up so that the response template to be used depends upon the response? For example, on a FAIL I want the Deficiency Observation response template to come up. On a PASS I want a General (non-deficiency) response template to come up.

Each would also be treated differently. On a FAIL a response would be forced. On a PASS the user would have the option to create an Observation.

This would allow appropriate flexibility to have different Observation templates depending upon the response - in this particular case a Deficiency requires more info than a General Observation, and users have expressed interest in simplifying General Observations be removing the unnecessary fields.
