QC Observations: Checklist Title needed.

• Current State - How it works now.

“Origin” gives the checklist item title but not the Checklist Title it was generated from.

• Desired State - How you would like it to work.

We need a column indicating the Checklist Title the item was generated from. We also need to be able to sort and filter by Checklist Title.

• Describe how it will make life easier, whether it saves time or just makes it smoother.

This is necessary for sorting and for my QC Plan Deep Dive evaluations that assess whether DFOW / Checklists QC is being documented with Observations or not.

“Location” is also a key checklist identifier. Positioning it adjacent to the other Origin columns would be preferred to its current position far to the right. When and if we make the column arrangement customizable that would also solve this.
