QC Observations

Currently the QC Metric “Depth and Quality” is counting each and every attachment as an interaction. Regardless of the number of photos/attachments in a single interaction, this metric should only count one interaction.

Some of these interactions are counting zero, which I don’t understand. This should be corrected. The mere creation of a Checklist form, if that’s what this is, is not an interaction.

“Interactions” should include: Each Deficiency Observation or General Non-Deficiency Observation created.
