QC auto inclusion in Daily Reports

Currently I believe QC is does not have a section in Daily Reports

Daily reports could have a dedicate section for QC that automatically includes things like:

Preinstallation Meetings conducted today

Observations made / closed today

Metric changes today

DFOW progress (eventually this could show comparison to Schedule progress to highlight any areas behind)

In addition to automated base info, a comments section could be included for the daily reporter’s personal comments

Inclusion of QC in Daily Reports reinforces the importance of daily QC efforts and prompts the daily reporter to look at the day’s activities and comment as appropriate.
