QA/QC Checklist Export

Currently, only interacted with items will export on a checklist. All line items on a checklist should export, regardless of if they have been interacted with. If a line hasn’t been interacted with is a sign something is incomplete.

Currently, attachments to line items export at the bottom of the pdf. They need to be in order with the line item they are attached too otherwise its impossible to correlate where they belong.

Export types. Need to be able to choose between a line item only export (just the checklist lines with pass/fail) or a full detail report with all associated attachments and observations.
