Primary Identifier for Number Input

When creating or editing templates we currently have a flag for "Primary Identifier" in the properties of two input types: "Tile Input" and "Text Input". I want to add that same Primary Identifier flag with the same functionality as the two existing inputs to the input type called "Number Input". Maintain the same rule of not allowing multiple inputs int he same template to have this primary identifier flag marked true.
