Planned Checklists: Display Location On Mobile

On both phone and tablet the location is not displayed next to the sub groups or checklists. This makes many sub groups or checklists to look identical to the user and forces them to edit or create the checklists in that group to see the location at the top of the form.

Below is phone. Can we display the location bread crumbs below the group label (red box)? That will reduce the need for more horizontal screen space.

Web does display the location. Here's what it looks like for reference:
