Planned Checklists: Delete Created Forms

The Kaiser project is using the Planned Checklist display mode for their submittals. There are many forms that have been created in testing or by mistake. Currently mercury does not "delete" forms and instead it keeps the form and marks it VOID. Groups cannot be deleted because they have forms created inside of them. These are both applicable features for tools other than Planned Checklists, but can we allow users to DELETE these forms. Maybe HIDE them?
