Photos: Mobile Upload Speed ATTACHMENTS

Consistent feedback is that taking or uploading a photo is painfully slow. I have experienced this as well often taking 10 seconds minimum to load with a 5G signal. With good WiFi its closer to 3 seconds but that is a rare occation on a jobsite. This is a huge impact on efficiency since we have put so much work in to making tool work quickly, tout efficiency and then have people standing watching the wheel spin on their phone before they can move on. People do like that they don't clutter their camera real though!

Can we control when the photo's actually start uploading to our server? As in the photo is stored locally and then uploaded later ideally in the back ground. An example would be when using the camera tool to take consecutive photo's and wait until a tool other than the camera is selected to start the upload.

For forms that need the photo prior to publishing or saving (like an observation) is there a way to store locally until published?
