Photo: Tags

Allow the option to have a list of tags for each project that can be assigned to photo's. Then sort or search the photo's by tag.

Suggested State:

In the Project Admin have a section for photo's. In there have a interface similar to the selection set input that allows a user to add/remove/rename tags and save them. Then in the same modal as the Album selection.
