Permissions: Project Created Templates

Current State

When an Template is created on a project it has to be added to the permissions role in order to be used (CRUD) and users added. The Project Roles tab at the Company level does not include templates created on a project. So the only path available now is to create a project permissions role every time a template is created on the project.

Case in Point:

Kaiser made a Meetings template for thier TRADE meetings. I can't get the TRADE role to be able to view that meeting nor can they add users with the TRADE role to the meeting. I can't add View permissions to the Meetings tool because other meeting templates (OAC) are confidential. Right now they are unable to distribute minutes because of the permission to the template limiting the user select input.
