Observations made in a Planned Checklist should appear as a QC Observation
A "form" is created for each planned checklist item, but then the form doesn't show up in the quality observations tab. This is confusing because I see forms that I've filled out, but then going to the tab to view completed observations doesn't show that these forms exist.
I think when a QC form for a planned checklist item is completed, it should appear in the QC observations section for increased visibility and clarity that these are still QC reviews.

As I reread this, there may be some confusion about the difference between QC Checklist “Forms” and Observations. The Checklist “Forms” appear in the QC Planner and can be viewed in both Planner view and Table view using the toggle at the top. Forms are not Observations. Observations, on the other hand are generated from Checklists and report what was observed on individual checkpoints. These are viewed in the Observations tool, distinct as they should be from Checklist “Forms”. Two different animals.

If we had the Procore feature in the Observations window I think this would be resolved. For each Observation there is a column that identifies the specific Checklist it was created from (and the checklist’s identify is also tied to it’s assigned Location, which should also be shown). Clicking on that Checklist takes you directly into it.
