Observations made in a Planned Checklist should appear as a QC Observation

A "form" is created for each planned checklist item, but then the form doesn't show up in the quality observations tab. This is confusing because I see forms that I've filled out, but then going to the tab to view completed observations doesn't show that these forms exist.

I think when a QC form for a planned checklist item is completed, it should appear in the QC observations section for increased visibility and clarity that these are still QC reviews.
