Mobile: Quick Create for Document Folders

The big orange plus button at the bottom center of the mobile app, is a shortcut list to the tools you use often. We're looking to have that same shortcut to Folders inside of the Public folder. Large projects (like Kaiser) can be 6 to 7 layers deep to get to a specific set of drawings.

Here's the example of how to add a tool to the quick create menu. The same UI should apply to a Document folder.
