<p>On a mobile device she was at a subcontractor meeting and wanting to view Open safety observations with the Unsafe (Fail) response.</p>
<p>Below is the Quick Filters we offer. No "Open" option is available.</p>
<p>Here is the + Add a Filter option with no "status" or "response" field:</p>

<p>Add a Quick Filter option of "open items" that filters the list to STATUS=OPEN</p>
<h2 id="howwillweknowitsdone"><strong>How will we know it’s done?</strong></h2>
<p>Open the mobile app and go to a template that has open, closed, published and void forms. Then tap the filter to find a "open items" open. After it's tapped the list removes everything except forms with the open status.</p>

<p>VOID Status seems to be included with OPEN. A separate issue will be created to handle that.</p>
