QUALITY REPORTING

Here's what we've been promising:

Speaking in the language of Mercury, here's my interpretation

Corrections/Overdue = Count Failed Observations Overdue (open past due date)

Preinstall Meetings/Incomplete = Count of Preinstall Checklists incomplete (not 100%) when a Verification Checklist has started.

Deficiency Reporting/Last Month = Count Number of Fails in the Last 30d

Depth and Quality = Count of Fail and Gen'l Observations in the last 7d.

NOT A REPORT TOOL BUT A QC METRIC

Percent Complete = Applies to Plan Groups, Groups and Subgroups and is the percent complete of Checklist items over Checklist items with a response (Fail/Pass/NA).
