Meeting Agenda vs. Minutes

Most of our OAC’s are on Teams, so we’ve been sharing the screen view within Mercury rather than looking at an exported PDF due to all the previous notes staying (that’s tracked in a separate feature request). It would be nice to have an “Agenda” mode and a “Minutes” mode. The screen we’re currently sharing is showing to everyone as Minutes, when we’re really using it as an Agenda. Can meetings start out as Agenda (be able to be emailed out), then have a button called “convert to minutes” for us to update and distribute after the meeting?
