In App Help & Feedback Link WEB

For the web app, Add a icon in the upper right of the window that creates a drop down with "Feedback", and "Docs". Their respective addresses are below. The icon needs to be a question mark and match the style of the others next to it and sit to the left of the dark/light mode icon. Once the icon is selected a drop down with the options of "Feedback" and "Docs" drop down.

For mobile, add a menu item under the category of Application called Docs and another for Feedback using the same url address listed below. Those menu items will open the device browser since both are websites are formatted for mobile.
