Fully Delete RFI's

Currently Mercury doesn’t allow for full deletion of RFI’s - this tends to cram up the RFI section with any RFI’s that are “VOID”. I would suggest the ability to fully delete RFI’s, or a section that’s separate from RFI’s that holds the void/recycled RFI’s
