Forward and Back Scrolling for RFIs

When in the “View: RFI” screen, you can’t scroll or move forward and back to look at the next RFI; you have to back up to the RFIs page and select which one you want to view next. I’d like to be able to scroll through them using arrows in the RFI page.

This will make navigation quicker and more time efficient.
