Documents: Rename & Recycle Current Set Folders [2]

When the additional feature of adding folders to Current set was done (MER 464), there was not options provided to re-name or recycle those folders. This is a feature of Private and Public and the previous Current set version. This is a pretty important aspect of making the original feature
