Documents: Insert Name of Set

Currently the name of a set comes from the pdf file name that was uploaded. Then all the pages inside that file become pages in Mercury. However users have requested that they have this same ability to roll up pages in Specifications. To do that now they would need to break down and upload a file for every division (32 or more), so what if instead they could add these "parent" markers to allow them to not change the file but still get the view they want.
