Document Upload: Drag & Drop MULTIPLE

Here's the problem - The attachments input allows drag and drop of multiple files or choosing multiple files and I want to match that ability in the Documents tool. When uploading a file to the Documents tool in the Private or Public folder and choosing the Document option (not Specs or Drawing), the Upload Document button allows "choose file" but only allows one file at a time to be chosen. And there is no way to drag and drop a file or files wither.

Here's the Upload Document modal where the document type of Documents, Specs or Drawings can be selected. For this we are only talking about the document type of Document as shown below.

1. From the folders under the Public or Private folders, I want the choose file option to allow multiple files to be selected, so that more than one file can be uploaded simultaneously.
2. Additionally, I want to allow a place to drag or drop files within the folders under Public and Private. Anytime a file is drug over the area in the rectangle below we should have hover text that says "+ Upload File(s)".
