Distribute: Display History & Include Export

Distributed time, sent to, and export link needs to be shown on the form after it is Distributed.

It also needs to show the compiled PDF or a link to it for the record copy of that form. For a submittal its the final one with all stamps. For RFI its the question and answer with attachments. This allows anyone with view to a tool to use the form to find the info they need without looking at an intermediate copy. This needs to accommodate someone able to view the document and not need to login to Mercury.
