Directory: User without Company

If a person is added to the User directory, but their company is not also added to the Company tab of the directory that user will not appear in the assignee list. So the user can see them in the Directory, but when they go to assign them something they can't be found.

Suggestion:

The Add a User screen requires that Company be entered. The list of Companies only includes those on the project. In the case the user is being added prior to their company, there is a option at the top of the list of companies to Add Company. From there it's the same functionality as if someone were under the company tab and selected Add Company (it provides a list of All Companies in Mercury to choose from).
