Directory: Edit Contacts [3]
- [X] Need the ability to enter contact information for users. For example phone or title. Currently only an option when adding the user for the first time (if at all).
- [X] Also need a field to identify Area of Responsibility, we can call this something generic like NOTES so that it applies to many things.
- [X] Name is not editable but it should be. The rest of the user info should be editable tp (except email). This should be possible from the project level. Since we allow people to add users from the project level they should also be able to edit them. Especially to correct their mistakes.
