Desktop UX: Light Mode Changes

I think there are a few minor changes that could take place ahead of a in depth UI study for the light mode on desktop. All come down to gaining better contrast.

1. Document Page Text: Black text would work fine here. The +Add Document button is an example of that.

2. Template Label Text: White font would here would work.

3. Create New/Add User: These buttons could have white text as well.
4. The Add Group button in the directory has should match these Create New buttons.
