Date Input: Block out Dates

User wants to set a 48hr period from the current time in their form cannot be selected. This is for an inspection request form and requests must be done more than 48hrs in advance. Even more specifically they are wanting to set a time of day inspections can no longer be requested.

What problem are we solving?

Making forms simple to fill out (edit) for external users and using technology to help enforce procedure.

Who are we solving it for?

External users and Andersen.

What should happen?

Add a parameter to the Date Input that a default block out period can be set. User can select a time range that will start from form creation. It would work similarly tot he Assigned To input default due dates.

EX -> Day and Hour Range: If Block out Period = dates within set days/hours from current date (form created? or updated?) would not be selectable. The period starting from updated would be ideal but we'd have to force then to save right?

EX -> Time of Day: Block out Period = Set time of day + hours/days from that time.

How will we know it’s done?

A date input can have a block out period added to it in the Sand Castle and after publishing the dates get blocked.
