Daily Report - Workforce Notes Wrap

The notes field in Manpower or Workforce is currently a single line. That field is getting used for multiple sentences and therefore gets cut off not allowing the user to see what they've typed. We talked about moving the filed to the row below company, hours, location to allow more space.
