Checklist Table Content

Currently the Checklist Table does not include columns indicating: checklist % complete; how many General and Deficiency Observations have been recorded in that checklist.

Including columns for each of these in the Checklist Table would be tremendously helpful! I need this information every quarter to create QC Deep Dive Reports.
