Change "Assigned To" on Submittal & RFI page to Company instead of individuals

We have 3 people in our architect group that wants to be included in submittal and RFI review. Each name stacks vertically, creating a bulky row when trying to view the submittals in Mercury. Instead of multiple names stacking, it would be nice if it presented as the company as a whole for current ball in court responsibility.
