Adds built in standard safety metrics including custom UI and emailed PDF subscription management.

• [X] ALL: I think we should stick with the vocabulary of "Metrics" standing for a canned report and Reports and something that is user created. Therefore, lets follow that in the menu as well.

• [X] ALL: Looks like the Manage Subscriptions button has an extra character at the end.

• [X] ALL: When Recurring is selected, the Model window can be cut off at the bottom. Need a scroll option?

• [X] SAFETY INSPECTIONS: The notification email and safety inspections has "Compliance Rate" this feels like QC. I don't believe Safety uses this metric.

  

• [X] ALL: The email notification was sent at 5:09PM, but the pdf (file and file name in email) shows Created at 12:07AM. Probably a time conversation thing.

• [X] ALL: If it's not too time consuming or create an issue, it would be nice to get that Logo file in the header. Less low hanging fruit for our export critics.

  

• [X] RECENT OBSERVATIONS & OVERDUE OBSERVATIONS: In the original OPEN OBSERVATIONS report we had a Title column. The Safety Observation Template only had Description. Can we add a Description column? Otherwise it's the Inspection Origin and that may not add clarity to the issue at hand. If we can add both that may resolve all potential future requests.

• [X] RECENT OBSERVATIONS: locations are coming thru as a indistinguishable string of text and numbers. Can we leave this something describing why there isn't a location listed?

• [X] RECENT OBSERVATIONS is the title on screen and is the correct title, but the export title is a more generic Safety Observations.

• [X] SAFETY INSPECTIONS and DIVERSITY OF INPSECTIONS: Don't seem to be including Published Walks. I created one in the staging environment, waited and refreshed, but it was not added.
• [ ] Add CSV Export for each table
