Auto Populate Doc Info

Can the adding document tool have scrollable options for preexisting revision names, descriptions, and maybe even dates that are tied to the revisions? For example, if I wanted to add one additional sheet that I missed from our 100% CD set that was already uploaded, it would be nice to scroll through revision info and click versus type it in and risk a mistake.
